Pilates on the Reformer

At My Pilates m.o. HQ there’s plenty of Pilates Equipment to tailor your Pilates class to suit you perfectly. There is a Pilates Reformer, complete with springs, ropes and pulleys, a Stability Chair and a whole host of Pilates balls, flex bands and hand weights to increase resistance and build strength. We’ll use both the large and small equipment as part of your 1:1 or 1:2 classes and the smaller equipment during Pilates Mat classes.

 
 

My Pilates M.O. offers group Pilates classes on the Reformer, like our Mat classes, we keep our Reformer classes small with just six participants, this allows us to teach you correctly and safely, whilst tailoring the classes to your needs. Just like our Mat Pilates classes, Reformer classes follow the STOTT Pilates method. During your class, you will be taken through a series of exercises to move your body in all directions using the Reformer springs and ropes to assist and resist your movement. Your Reformer class is a full body, low impact workout following the Pilates Principles. Pilates on the Reformer will quickly improve your strength and mobility.
