Barre classes
Barre is a hybrid of Pilates, Dance, Yoga and Functional Fitness training. Using both the TOTAL BARRE™ and Barre Intensity™ methods, you will be taken through an hour of body movement designed to fatigue the muscles and elevate the heart rate for an intensive and effective whole body workout.
The classes consist of standing work at the Barre and floor work on the Mat, hand weights and other small equipment will be incorporated to increase intensity and build stamina. We work to the beat of the music, but rhythm is not a prerequisite! You just have to move!
Although Barre is an intense workout, modifications can be made to suit your needs and keep you free from injury.
