Group Mat Pilates
My Pilates M.O Mat Pilates classes have a maximum of six people in a class, this is to ensure everyone gets the attention they need. The classes are tailored to the participants (which is one of the benefits of small numbers) and there’s plenty of opportunity to discuss the theory, ask questions and meet new friends!
Emma is highly trained in the STOTT PILATES® method which incorporates modern exercise science and rehabilitation for a contemporary Pilates experience. A variety of small Pilates equipment (bands, circles, balls, foam roller, light hand weights etc) will be used during the class to assist and enhance your experience. Throughout the classes we will be mindful of any pre-existing injuries or conditions and also focus on your own personal Pilates goals so you feel completely confident that the class will be both beneficial and safe for you.
Whether you are completely new to Pilates, have had a break or would just like to try something different then joining a My Pilates M.O. mat class could be just what you’re looking for to tone, strengthen and improve the flexibility of your body plus provide a range of benefits including improved posture, reduced stress and better balance and stability.
