Private Pilates

At My Pilates M.O. We offer 1:1 and 2:1 private sessions. It may be that you are new to Pilates and would like a gentle introduction to the theory, exercises, terminology and benefits of the STOTT PILATES® method.

 
 

Perhaps you’ve been to Pilates classes before but would like to improve your technique or try a more comprehensive approach by utilising the large Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac and Stability Chair. It may be that you have been advised by a Physiotherapist or Medical Professional to start doing Pilates to improve an existing ailment. Whatever your reasons or current condition you can be assured you will be taught safely and to a level that suits you. 

Whatever your circumstances, we can tailor our 1:1 or 2:1 session to suit you perfectly. Using a combination of the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, Barrels and small Pilates props we can create a Pilates workout which meets your needs and capabilities, leaving you feeling strong, mobile, energised and accomplished.  

An initial consultation will be carried out before starting your Pilates programme (a £20 non refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking). During the consultation we will discuss your Health Questionnaire, lifestyle and goals. You will then be taken through some basic Pilates exercises to assess your current capabilities before we make a plan going forward.
